Frequently Asked Questions
Clear expectations make it easier to decide whether Hendexa is right for you.
How much does support cost?
Fees depend on the service, the amount of material and the time involved. We explain the scope and fee before you decide to book. Any free or subsidised offer is clearly labelled.
Can I book just one session?
Yes. You can enquire about a focused session or a defined document review. Longer support is also possible, with the stages, fees and dates agreed in advance.
What does a document review include?
A standard document review covers one feedback round on one agreed version, within an agreed word limit. The quote will specify what you receive and whether a discussion is included. Further drafts or extra rounds are agreed and priced separately.
Are sessions online?
Individual sessions can be arranged online, subject to availability and time-zone coordination. Workshops and in-person requests are discussed separately. Let us know whether you prefer English or Arabic.
Am I eligible, and can you help with my subject?
You do not need an offer or a finished draft to enquire. Tell us your background, goals and subject. We confirm whether our experience and the service are a suitable fit before accepting work; different programmes set their own entry requirements.
How do I get started?
Send a short enquiry with your intended degree or project, the help you need and any deadline. We confirm whether we can help and propose a scope and fee. An initial enquiry does not commit you to a booking.
Will you write my application or guarantee a result?
No. Your ideas, writing and submission remain yours. We provide guidance and feedback. Universities and funding bodies make their own decisions, and no outcome is guaranteed.
